IMPORTANT PLEASE READ:
REFUNDS: We do not offer refunds if you don't show up for class. No exceptions.
AUTO BILLING: This is a monthly membership so it works like a subscription. Every month you will be billed automatically unless you cancel before the next billing date. For example; if you signed up for your membership on July 8th, you will be automatically billed the following month on August 8th.
CANCELLATION: Your monthly card will still be valid for 30 days from the last payment date if you cancel. For example; If your last payment was March 8th and you want to end your membership for the month of April, you must do so before April 8th but you will still be able to continue to take classes until April 8th. Instructions for cancellation will come with your PayPal subscription confirmation e-mail.
If you forget to cancel before you next billing date we will not offer refunds. No exceptions. You can ask to exchange your last monthly payment for a 5 class punchcard which you can redeem at any time in the future and does not expire. In order to do this, you must have already cancelled your subscription and hand in your monthly pass.
